The Microgreens CSA (Winter) goes from Monday, November 15th 2021 to January 31st, 2022. Pickup day will be Mondays after 5pm.

This box includes 3-4 Types of microgreens per week for $22 per week.

Pea Shoots

Vitamins C and E, zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen the immune system. Vitamins A and B reduce inflammation.

Sunflowers

Sunflowers are a nutritional powerhouse because it contains high amounts of complete proteins, healthy fats, Vitamin A, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, and they even have a multitude of trace minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc, Iron and many more.

Radish

Antioxidants and minerals such as calcium and potassium, which help regulate high blood pressure and reduce heart-related illnesses.

Salad Blend

Vitamin A, Vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium, folate, fiber, and phytonutrients. Antioxidants help prevent against chronic illnesses.

Amaranth

High in protein, Vitamin C, Phosphorus, Manganese, Selenium, Iron, and Magnesium. Also high in antioxidants like gallic acid and vanillic acid, lowers LDL cholesterol, and reduces the production of immunoglobulin E.
